Please submit the E3 Grant Evaluation Summary below. Write a few paragraphs in response to each statement. If you have video or photo materials you would like to share, please submit them to the Foundation Office.

Option 2:

If you prefer, instead of a written evaluation summary, you may attend a WBLAEF Board meeting and give a presentation to the WBLAEF Board summarizing your experience and how this grant has benefited your class and you as an educator. Please call or Emily St. Martin at the Foundation Office to schedule your presentation at 651-407-7696 or info@wblaef.org.
