RYAN FAMILY FUND ART Grant
Judy Ryan, a White Bear Lake resident, taught elementary school for more than 35 years. Throughout her life, her passion has been to instill the value of the arts in young people. In honor of Mrs. Ryan, her children have established a fund with the WBLAEF to benefit elementary students in White Bear Lake. The Ryan Family Fund helps supplement art instruction in the local elementary schools.
ryan family arT Grant Terms & Applicant Eligibility:
- The Ryan Family Fund Art Grants will help fund instructional materials, art supplies, and Artists-in Residence costs.
- The maximum distribution per grant will be $500.
- The grant committee will select the proposals that best improve and enhance the art programs for the students in our school district. If the grant committee needs more information about your proposal, the committee may contact you for further explanation.
- Applications for Ryan Family Fund elementary Art Grants will be accepted through Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Selection Process: The WBLAEF'S Executive Board will review the Ryan Family Art Grant applications and make recommendations to the WBLAEF Board of Directors for approval.
Evaluation: Ryan Family Grant recipients agree, upon completion of the grant, to provide the WBLAEF Board of Directors with a report outlining and evaluating the experience. The evaluation may be submitted as a written summary or given as a presentation to the WBLAEF Board of Directors.
